Any item returned should:
· Be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
· Be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
If your return is the result of our error, we will recompensate you for the postage fee incurred by returning the item. This will be added to your total refund after we receive the item. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
If you wish to return an item, please send e-mail to Customer Care at returns@nutra-smart.com. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return each item (choose one of the following):
"E" - Ordered the wrong item
"M" - Received an item that was not ordered
"Q" - Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts
"T" - Item did not arrive in time
"O" - Other (please describe)
A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s).
