1)To what countries do you ship? We currently only ship to the Canada and US. If you have a special request, contact us.
2)How am I protected in case something goes wrong? First off, we process all of our payments through paypal, which has a buyer protection policy of up to
$500. In addition, we are a respected member of Squaretrade which also covers buyers for up to $500 and they also have a dispute resolution process. In other words, you the buyer are covered against any fraud or wrongful transactions of ANY kind. In fact it is MORE safe to buy from us, than a major retailer such as Walgreens!
3)How do you guys sell so cheap? We get asked this often, and it is understandable due to our very low prices. We extremely low overhead and high volume and in addition, we purchase over stocks from individuals and businesses. This allows us to have rock bottom prices, but unforunately also means that our inventory can vary greatly at times. So if we have what you are looking for, buy it now before it\;s too late!
4)Are any of your products out of date or close to expiration? No! We sell nothing that is out of date or expired, and all of our products are fresh and unopened.
5)Why do you guys only accept Paypal and check/money order? I want to pay with a credit card. We do in fact accept credit card paypments, through paypal. The way it works now is that you do NOT have to be a member of paypal to pay with a credit card through them. You simply select "I am not a paypal member" at the checkout page and it will then simply ask you for your information and credit card number, just like any other payment gateway on the internet. Once again, you do NOT have to be a member of paypal to buy from us! All you need is a major credit card and your information.
